. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all quality standards are met at every stage of project execution, from materials inspection to final handover, in compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain quality control procedures and QA/QC plans for all interior fit-out activities.
Inspect incoming materials and site work to ensure they meet project specifications and approved samples.
Monitor and document all stages of work, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Conduct internal audits and site inspections to identify non-conformities and initiate corrective/preventive actions.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure quality deliverables.
Maintain proper documentation including method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs), checklists, and reports.
Participate in project handovers and snagging processes; ensure timely closure of snags.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies during QA/QC processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
3-4 years of relevant experience in QA/QC within the
interior fit-out
sector.
Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques used in fit-out works.
Familiarity with relevant standards (ISO, local building codes, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Office and QA/QC documentation.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Effective communication and coordination abilities.
Preferred:
Certification in QA/QC or ISO standards is a plus.
Experience working on commercial, retail, or hospitality interior fit-out projects.
