The Job
Join ETAP, a specialist in developing software for the design and implementation of electrical installations and a subsidiary of Schneider Electric.
As a market leader with its Caneco suite, ETAP's success is built on its integration of multi-vendor technical data and its strong expertise in electrical engineering.
To support the improvement of our multi-vendor data management tools, ETAP is seeking a skilled Python and PHP Developer to strengthen its team.
Key Responsibilities
As part of the Data Department within the Technical Division, you will:
Collaborate with the functional manager to:Understand the purpose and scope of upcoming features, Break down features into actionable development tasks, Develop the required functionalities, Validate business acceptance criteria for each delivery package.

Contribute to the development of the Data Factory web application and tooling by:Writing technical specifications for identified work items, Updating the Laravel data model to support functional changes, Developing backend services, tools or automation as needed, Demonstrating progress regularly to the functional manager and end users.

Engineering ExcellenceApply best development practices, including short iterative increments and unit testing, Propose efficient, reliable technical approaches to accomplish tasks.

Ideal ExperienceStrong proficiency in Python, especially for data processing, Knowledge of PHP/Laravel and SQL databases, Familiarity with modern development practices (unit testing, clean code), A good level of French (written and spoken).

Great Skills to HaveAdvanced proficiency in PHP/Laravel, Experience with C# Experience with devops tooling A good level of English is required.
