Responsibilities:

Develop Robust Backend Systems:

Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure backend systems to support AI-driven applications.

Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs):

Seamlessly integrate LLMs into backend services, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Fine-tune and Optimize Models:

Continuously fine-tune and optimize LLMs to meet specific project requirements.

Build and Maintain APIs:

Develop high-performance APIs to facilitate interaction with LLMs and other backend services.

Conduct Code Reviews:

Ensure the quality, scalability, and maintainability of code through thorough reviews.

Evaluate and Test Technology Stacks:

Experiment with and assess various technology stacks to identify the best tools for project needs.

Support Research Initiatives:

Assist in evaluating and implementing cutting-edge research in AI and NLP.

Performance Testing:

Analyze and optimize the stability and performance of models like LLAMA3.1/LLAMA3.2.

Contribute to System Architecture:

Play a pivotal role in designing the architecture for systems combining AI, DevOps, and software engineering principles.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should bring:

Strong Python Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Python, with a focus on backend development.

Experience with LLMs:

Hands-on experience in setting up, fine-tuning, and integrating open-source LLMs into applications.

Backend Development Expertise:

Familiarity with frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI.

API Development:

Proven experience in building and scaling APIs.

Knowledge of AI Feedback Systems:

Understanding of RLHF and related AI training methodologies.

Familiarity with Data Science Tools:

Knowledge of data science workflows and tools like Pandas, NumPy, and visualization libraries; experience with DataIKU is a plus.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to create simulations, visualize data, and address complex technical challenges effectively.
