The Role:

You'll be part of a close-knit Quant Tech team, working directly with researchers and portfolio managers to build, enhance, and scale the research and trading infrastructure. Your work will focus on building powerful, reliable tools that support advanced data analysis and automated trading strategies.

What You'll Be Doing:

Designing and maintaining scalable data processing pipelines using Python and Pandas Developing frameworks to support research, backtesting, and live trading Collaborating with quants and PMs to productionize new models and strategies Driving best practices in software engineering across the research and trading teams Continuously evolving the platform to meet dynamic business needs

What We're Looking For:

5-8 years

of hands-on experience as a Python Developer or Software Engineer Deep experience with

Pandas

and data manipulation in Python Passion for clean, well-tested, maintainable code Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills Exposure to financial markets, trading systems, or machine learning is a

plus

, but not essential
