Job Brief:
We are seeking a skilled Owl and Python Developer (Odoo) to join our Technologies Odoo Team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo solutions using Python and the Owl framework. You will ensure that Odoo modules meet business requirements while optimizing system performance, usability, and maintainability. The position requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules according to business requirements
• Implement and maintain Owl framework components within Odoo solutions
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and external systems
• Analyze client workflows and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, and QA teams for smooth project delivery
• Write and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Odoo deployments
• Enhance system performance, usability, and maintainability

Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in Python, JavaScript, XML, and PostgreSQL
• Experience with the Owl framework for Odoo development
• Familiarity with Odoo installation, configuration, and deployment
• Understanding of core business processes such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Manufacturing
• Proficiency with Git or other version control systems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
