We are currently looking for a dedicated Purchasing & Inventory Manager to manage and control the purchasing and stock of spare parts, consumables, and materials required for our workshop operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle purchasing of spare parts, materials, and consumables for workshop needs.
Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, quotations, and supplier information.
Monitor stock levels and ensure sufficient inventory for ongoing and upcoming jobs.
Perform regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate with the workshop and service advisors to ensure required parts are available.
Organize and maintain the store area in an orderly and efficient manner.
Prepare purchase orders, goods received notes, and inventory reports.

Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in purchasing and inventory control within an automotive workshop or spare parts company.
Good knowledge of auto parts, consumables, and workshop materials.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and inventory management systems.
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
Ability to work independently and in coordination with other departments.
