About the Vacancy:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible

Purchasing Specialist

for our purchasing department in Dubai. If you have excellent negotiation skills, know how to analyze and find optimal solutions, and are fluent in English, this vacancy is for you!

What will be included in your responsibilities:

Work with suppliers and the finance department. Placing orders and controlling delivery times. Tracking warehouse balances and timely replenishment of stocks. Processing incoming applications and product requests from sales departments. Meeting the needs of several company branches. Controlling mutual settlements with suppliers, conducting reconciliation acts. Working with price lists and catalogs, recording changes in the supplier's assortment. Interaction with suppliers on import and certification issues. Controlling the delivery of orders from the supplier to the receiving branch. Calculating deliveries.

Our requirements for the candidate:

Higher education in business, purchasing management, or a related field. Experience in purchasing from 2 years. Negotiation skills, ability to analyze and find optimal solutions. Analytical mindset, ability to make decisions, excellent communication skills, perseverance, responsibility. Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic will be a plus). Experience working with ERP systems (Zoho), MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Google App. Residing in Dubai.

What we offer:
