We are seeking a talented and dedicated Purchasing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end purchasing activities, identifying procurement needs, sourcing reliable vendors, and ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. This role requires strong negotiation skills, excellent supplier management capabilities, and a solid understanding of purchasing and supply chain procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and assess purchasing needs and demands
-Source and evaluate suppliers and vendors for required goods and services
-Negotiate pricing, quality standards, delivery timelines, and contract terms
-Prepare purchasing terms, conditions, and pricing quotations
-Create purchase orders and ensure accuracy against received orders
-Review and analyze invoices for correctness
-Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
-Monitor inventory levels and restock items as needed
-Conduct regular quality inspections of stock
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
(High school diploma may also be considered)
-Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Purchasing Specialist, Purchasing Assistant, or similar role
-Prior experience in logistics or procurement functions
-Fluency in Arabic and English
-Must be currently residing in the UAE
Package Includes:
-Salary: AED 10000 to 14000
