Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
