Job Description

Job description Responsible for timely procurement for goods.
Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Issuing purchase reports.
Verifying receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered.
Coordinate with international suppliers to ensure on timely delivery.
Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
Tracking and monitoring shipments to ensure on time delivery.
Manage documentation flow.
Collaborating with the team to develop purchasing plans.
Maintaining good relationships with suppliers.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or similar preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Purchasing/Supply chain.
Excellent knowledge of Import & Export movement.
Exceptional understanding of custom clearance of goods.
Good analytical and logistical thinking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of safety standards, regulations, laws and policies pertaining to logistics/supply chain.
Exceptional collaboration, multitasking and negotiating abilities.
Excellent time management and organizational skills. Job Type: Full-time Education:
