Job Description
Source and procure quality ingredients, supplies, and equipment for the hotel/restaurant.
Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.
Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels.
Collaborate with kitchen and management to meet operational needs.
Ensure compliance with budgetary constraints and quality standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience in purchasing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Knowledge of food and beverage products is a plus.
