Job Summary: Looking for a Purchasing Officer in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
Conduct daily purchasing activities of the company
Handle administrative as well as accounting procedures related to purchases including completing purchase orders, checking delivery notes, updating information on purchase lists after purchases are made etc
Request invoices or receipts for all purchases and ensure they are correctly filled
Carry out any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
Should hold a Degree in a relevant course
The applicant must have previous experience in the purchasing field
Good computer application knowledge required
Should be a results oriented person
Good communication and negotiation skills
