Job Summary: Looking for a Purchasing Officer in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Conduct daily purchasing activities of the company
  • Handle administrative as well as accounting procedures related to purchases including completing purchase orders, checking delivery notes, updating information on purchase lists after purchases are made etc
  • Request invoices or receipts for all purchases and ensure they are correctly filled
  • Carry out any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Should hold a Degree in a relevant course
  • The applicant must have previous experience in the purchasing field
  • Good computer application knowledge required
  • Should be a results oriented person
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
