Six Senses Dubai is looking for a highly organized and experienced Purchasing Manager to oversee the procurement function. In this role, you will manage sourcing, vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and stock control while ensuring products meet brand, sustainability, and quality standards. What You'll Do

• Source and procure products aligned with Six Senses sustainability policies and operational needs
• Regularly review suppliers and contracts to ensure compliance with brand requirements
• Conduct vendor assessments, manage orders, perform stocktakes, and oversee storage processes
• Ensure transparent supplier vetting aligned with Six Senses Sustainability and Eat With Six Senses standards
• Actively support local farmers, bakers, and fishermen by sourcing directly from community vendors
• Visit vendor facilities annually to verify quality and compliance
• Implement best practices in purchasing operations and enforce compliance with policies and procedures
• Train and educate staff on cost-focused procurement practices
• Support the Director of Finance in achieving financial goals through effective purchasing strategies
• Ensure adherence to legal, statutory, and financial documentation requirements

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Materials or Purchasing Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a purchasing management role within luxury hotels; more than 3 years preferred
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract compliance
• Proven experience managing sustainability-focused procurement in hospitality
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in Dubai is essential
• Fluent in English; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
