Purchasing Manager

As part of its development, UIR is recruiting a Purchasing Manager on its behalf Mission Supervise and validate the conduct of the different stages of the act of purchase:

o the method of consultation to be adopted,

o the proper constitution of the purchase file,

o Support for the consultation,

Accompany the entities of the UIR throughout the act of purchase (expression of need, receipt of the service and / or service, clearance of the supplier receivable), Accompany buyers in their exchanges with suppliers and in particular in the context of negotiations relating to the conditions of performance of services and services, Supervise the relationship with the various prescribers, Analyze the performance indicators of his department and propose related action plans, Ensure the proper functioning of its Service / execution of purchasing acts, Conduct the management of conflicts / supplier disputes, Participate in the supplier evaluation process, Ensure the control of risks associated with its field of prerogatives, Propose actions aimed at consolidating the functioning of the service and more generally the transposition of the act of purchase, Coordinate market and supplier monitoring Profile Formation: Higher education BAC +5 justifying an experience of 5 years.
