Responsibilities:
- Shortlisting of potential new partner fleets, cold calling to acquire new leads, and lead qualification.
- Continuous monitoring of service quality by using key performance indicators.
- Establishing a network of partnerships and negotiating deals across your region and your product line.
- Market research and competitor analysis.
- Account development (e.g. in defining strategic initiatives to fully integrate fleets in the Talixo system).
- Onboarding and training of new fleets.
- Close collaboration with other Departments (Sales, Tech, Operations) to improve processes, and procedures and further develop our IT system and tools
Requirements:
- Living in Dubai with valid working documents
- Background: University/college degree ideally with a business focus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement
- Knowledge of the travel industry
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi/Urdu/Tamil.
- Arabic language skill is a plus
- Strong data-driven mindset and experience in working with KPIs.
- A structured approach to problem-solving, able to work independently and creatively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Intercultural experience.
- Team player, willing to learn and develop.
