Manage the full purchasing cycle for all product categories across Denaster
Plan and forecast stock requirements for retail partners (DDF, Virgin, Sharaf DG, Carrefour, etc.)
Maintain optimal inventory levels across warehouses and store networks (Activ8, Motiv8, Inov8 areas)
Negotiate with suppliers and international brands for best pricing, MOQs, and lead times
Coordinate with China and international suppliers for shipments, documentation, and compliance
Track product performance and place replenishment orders accordingly
Work with finance on costing, margins, and supplier payments
Ensure all procurement processes meet company standards and timelines
What We're Looking For
8+ years experience in purchasing / procurement (electronics, retail)
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
Excellent Excel & forecasting ability
Experience with import/export, logistics, and documentation
Organised, reliable, and able to handle fast-paced environments
Based in Dubai (or willing to relocate)
