Job Description
Our Client High Art provides projects that are of superior finishing quality. Introducing Art in forms of Architecture and details. Achieving integration between design and construction phases. Their goal is to provide projects with superior quality.
:
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies.
- Source and evaluate suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and project teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in construction and/or manufacturing sectors.
- Engineering background is a must.
- Proven ability to manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and optimize purchasing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of market trends, materials, and cost control.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement-related software.
