Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Executive with a strong background in the F&B hospitality sector, specifically within coffee catering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and procuring high-quality materials, particularly coffee beans, beverages, and perishable goods, at the best cost while maintaining consistent supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, negotiate, and purchase F&B items, coffee products, packaging, and non-food supplies from reliable suppliers. Manage the end-to-end procurement process for the coffee catering division, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international vendors, especially coffee bean suppliers. Monitor inventory levels, place purchase orders, and coordinate with the warehouse and kitchen teams for stock availability. Ensure all purchased products meet company quality standards and comply with UAE food safety regulations. Analyze market trends and pricing to achieve cost savings without compromising on quality. Resolve any issues related to supply shortages, delivery delays, or product quality.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience as a Purchasing Executive or similar role within the

F&B/Hospitality industry

.

Must have specific experience in coffee catering or a related field.

Strong knowledge of food products, coffee beans, beverages, and catering supplies. Excellent negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills. Familiarity with local suppliers and market conditions in Sharjah and the wider UAE. Understanding of HACCP and food safety standards is mandatory. Immediate joiners will be given priority.
