As our operations continue to grow, we are expanding our team and seeking motivated Saudi Nationals to join us in supporting efficient and high-quality procurement activities.

Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery follow-ups. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and high-quality materials. Maintain and update the approved supplier list and vendor database. Coordinate with internal departments (F&B, Operations, Finance, etc.) to ensure procurement needs are met promptly. Monitor inventory levels and support the replenishment process. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations. Review contracts, agreements, and terms with vendors to mitigate risks and ensure value. Assist in preparing procurement reports and spend analysis for management. Resolve supply issues and ensure continuity of operations. Perform any additional procurement-related tasks as assigned by management.

Desired Skill & Expertise:

Saudi National

(mandatory). Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Procurement, or related field. 1-3 years of procurement or purchasing experience (hospitality or beach club experience is a plus). Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, supply chain concepts, and vendor management. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with procurement systems is an advantage. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. * Fluency in Arabic and English.
