KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
? Source and purchase flowers, plants, packaging materials, and store
supplies.
? Build and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers.
? Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost
efficiency.
? Monitor stock levels and coordinate with store managers to avoid shortages
or overstock.
? Track incoming shipments and follow up on delays, quality issues, or missing
items.
? Conduct basic market research to identify new suppliers and better pricing
options.
? Prepare purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation.
? Work closely with operations and inventory teams for smooth daily
workflow.
? Maintain updated records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Experience & Skills
? Fresh graduate (Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred).
? Strong communication skills -- able to speak clearly and confidently with
suppliers.
? Street-smart mindset -- able to negotiate, think fast, and handle unexpected
issues.
? Basic understanding of purchasing or supply chain concepts (training will be
provided).
? Good with numbers and attention to detail.
? Ability to multitask and handle time-sensitive orders.
? Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
? Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
? Ability to stay calm under pressure.
? Problem-solving and quick decision-making skills.
? Interest in retail, or FMCG is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: BD250.000 - BD300.000 per month
