. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of products.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and agreements.
Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Monitor and analyze market trends, pricing, and product availability.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to maintain optimal inventory.
Maintain and update supplier database and pricing records.
Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and standards.
Build long-term relationships with reliable suppliers.
Prepare regular purchasing and cost analysis reports.
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of purchasing experience in the UAE
.
Background in
IT hardware, computer accessories, office products, or consumer electronics
is
mandatory
.
Proven experience in procurement and vendor management.
Strong knowledge of local suppliers
Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office / Excel
and ERP systems (preferred).
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
