Key Responsibilities:
Source, negotiate, and purchase quality food and beverage products from local and international suppliers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure consistent supply and favorable terms.
Monitor market trends, analyze pricing, and manage inventory levels effectively.
Coordinate with chefs, operations, and finance to meet procurement needs within budget.
Ensure all purchases comply with food safety and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery schedules.
? Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the F&B or hospitality sector.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Solid knowledge of food categories, supplier networks, and import regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, etc.).
