Hiring: Purchasing / Procurement Specialist (Food & Beverage Industry)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable
Purchasing/Procurement Specialist
with strong experience in theFood & Beverage (F&B)
sector.Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing high-quality food, ingredients, and supplies at competitive prices Managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely deliveries Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with kitchen/operations teams Ensuring compliance with food safety, quality standards, and company requirements Preparing purchase orders, maintaining records, and optimizing cost efficiency
Requirements:
Proven experience in Purchasing or Procurement within the F&B industry Strong negotiation and supplier management skills Knowledge of food products, equipment, and market pricing Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
