About The Job

Conduct Researches on potential vendors Prepare Comparison and evaluation offers from the vendors. Make sure to negotiate the terms of contract agreements and details of pricing. Conduct proper tracking of orders and timely delivery must be ensured. Conduct Review quality of products procured regularly. Enter the order details into company databases. Update records of products purchased with information delivery and invoices Preparation of purchase reports and cost analysis Stock level monitoring and order placing as required. Warehouse staff coordination for ensuring proper storage levels.
