Purchasing Assistant Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates Duties & Responsibilities :
Processing of all purchase orders for local and import suppliers for MCT Group.
Sending payment details to Suppliers, coordinating with reception for collection of invoices by post, courier and direct deliveries.
Submitting original invoices to Finance - To check the invoice quantity and price with purchase order and also quantity received with the goods received note from Stores and Logistics department.
Following up with PRO office for renewal of all licenses and certificates for all companies -Trade License, Commercial License, Environmental License -Abu Dhabi, Registration for Precursors & Chemicals End Users, Civil Defence certificates for Dubai and Abu Dhabi, Supplier certificate.
Company owned vehicles - checking of Traffic fines and Salik balance recharge
Any other work relating purchase department, follow up and coordination with all internal departments.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's Degree /Diploma in Business Administration or relevant
Minimum of 2 years' experience preferably in Procurement or related field
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite tools and other software as required
Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
