Job Title: Purchaser cum HR (Female)

Location: Dubai

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Purchaser cum HR (Female) staff member to manage procurement activities and support human resources operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of multitasking, have excellent negotiation and communication skills, and be familiar with UAE labor laws and procurement procedures in the construction or interior fit-out industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Purchasing Duties:

*Source, negotiate, and procure materials, equipment, and services from reliable suppliers.

*Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely procurement of materials.

*Maintain accurate records of supplier contracts, pricing, and performance.

*Coordinate with the site team, project managers, and storekeepers for material requirements.

*Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.

*Manage vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance regularly.

HR Duties:

*Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.

*Maintain employee records and ensure documents are up-to-date (passports, visas, contracts).

*Support onboarding and offboarding processes.

*Prepare and maintain HR-related documentation (offer letters, warning letters, NOCs, etc.).

*Handle attendance, leave records, and assist with payroll coordination.

*Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and company HR policies.

*Coordinate staff training, performance evaluations, and employee welfare programs.

Requirements:

*Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

*Minimum 3-4 years of UAE experience in procurement and HR roles, preferably in an interior fit-out or construction company.

*Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR practices.

*Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

*Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

*Ability to handle multitasking and work under pressure.

*Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi or Arabic is an advantage.
