As a Purchaser, you will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring goods and services that meet our company's needs, negotiating favorable terms, and establishing relationships with suppliers. Your keen eye for quality and cost-effectiveness will play a crucial role in maintaining our inventory and managing our budget. Additionally, as a Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining the integrity of our products during transit. Responsibilities Source and procure goods and services that meet organizational requirements. Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to achieve best value. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers. Coordinate and schedule deliveries to ensure timely arrival of products and materials. Conduct regular assessments of supplier performance and quality standards. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies while driving. Requirements Proven experience as a purchaser or in a similar procurement role. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with procurement software.
