Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced
Purchaser
with a strong background in theperfume or cosmetics industry
to manage the sourcing and procurement of raw materials, packaging items, and factory supplies. The ideal candidate must have excellent negotiation skills, strong market knowledge, and prior experience dealing with fragrance ingredients, bottles, caps, and related materials.Key Responsibilities:
Source and purchase
raw materials
such as essential oils, aroma chemicals, solvents, and packaging items (bottles, caps, boxes, labels, pumps, etc.). Identify reliablesuppliers and vendors
locally and internationally. Request quotations, compare prices, andnegotiate
terms for cost efficiency and quality assurance. Prepare and processpurchase orders
and follow up on delivery timelines. Coordinate withproduction, warehouse, and quality control
teams to ensure materials meet required standards. Maintain accurateinventory and procurement records.
Monitorsupplier performance
and maintain long-term business relationships. Ensure all purchases comply with company policies andfactory standards.
Assist inforecasting material requirements
based on production plans.Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.Minimum 2-4 years of experience
in purchasing,preferably in a perfume, cosmetics, or chemical manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge ofperfume raw materials
andpackaging items
. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency inMicrosoft Excel / ERP systems.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask under deadlines. Good command ofEnglish (Arabic/Hindi is a plus).
Experience Required:
? Must have
experience in the perfume or fragrance manufacturing field.
? Hands-on knowledge in sourcing perfume raw materials and packaging items.
? Strong vendor network in UAE or international perfume supply market preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
