Key Responsibilities:
Handle the full procurement cycle for construction and fit-out materials and services.
Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Prepare and issue purchase orders and contracts.
Ensure materials meet project specifications and are delivered on schedule.
Coordinate closely with project, engineering, and finance teams.
Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and supplier databases.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum
3-5 years of procurement experience
in
construction and interior fit-out
projects.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of materials, suppliers, and pricing within the construction industry.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
