Job Summary:



We are seeking a

highly organized and proactive Purchaser

to manage procurement operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will maintain supplier databases, track pricing, ensure inventory accuracy, and facilitate swift purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain an up-to-date database of all suppliers, including pricing and availability. Track market price fluctuations to support informed purchasing decisions. Ensure fast and efficient procurement while balancing cost and quality. Maintain workshop inventory to prevent shortages and optimise stock levels. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers for optimal pricing and service. Analyse purchasing trends to improve procurement strategies. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Ability to work under pressure and execute fast purchasing actions. Proficiency in procurement software and inventory management tools.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
Education:

Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:

Purchasing: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:

* UAE Driving License (Required)
