. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the company's procurement activities and supporting the accounting functions, ensuring that materials and services are acquired at the best possible value while maintaining accurate financial records.
Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, equipment, and services required for electro-mechanical projects.
Evaluate suppliers' quotations to ensure compliance with technical and commercial specifications.
Maintain and update approved supplier lists and vendor performance records.
Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Coordinate with the project, engineering, and warehouse teams to ensure material availability.
Monitor inventory levels and initiate reordering when necessary.
Handle daily accounting tasks, including data entry, bookkeeping, and maintaining ledgers.
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal vouchers.
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Assist in the preparation of monthly and yearly financial reports.
Support payroll processing and expense tracking.
Ensure compliance with VAT and other local financial regulations
