Source and procure automotive spare parts, tools, lubricants, and maintenance materials.
Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Evaluate supplier quotes and negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with the auto maintenance team to understand material requirements and urgent needs.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery of items.
Develop and maintain relationships with reliable automotive suppliers and vendors.
Conduct regular market research to stay updated on pricing trends and product availability.
Ensure that all purchases meet required quality standards and specifications.
Maintain purchasing records, purchase orders, and supplier contracts in an organized system.
Work with finance to ensure proper invoicing, payments, and cost tracking.
Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or service.
