Graduate in any discipline. Minimum of 2 years' purchasing experience within the UAE. Must have a valid UAE Driver's License.

Communicate with suppliers to obtain the best quotes, negotiate prices, and gather detailed information about products and services. Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to secure cost-effective procurement. Source suppliers based on pricing, product availability, and quality standards. Prepare purchase orders, review requisitions for goods, analyze price proposals, and negotiate or renegotiate terms with vendors. Resolve issues with vendors concerning material defects, delivery shortages, or invoice discrepancies. Maintain strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written). Update and maintain accurate records of all purchase orders, payments, and received stock.
