. You will be the engine that keeps our business running smoothly, from managing our supply chain and interacting with clients to ensuring every order is fulfilled perfectly. You must be able to

Key Responsibilities
Purchasing & Sourcing:
You will manage the entire procurement cycle, from sourcing materials and negotiating with suppliers to ensuring our inventory is always stocked. You'll build and maintain strong relationships with both local and international vendors to ensure we get the best quality and value.
Operations & Logistics:
You will be the point person for all daily operations. This includes overseeing our inventory, managing warehousing, and coordinating with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and installation of our furniture. You will be responsible for streamlining processes to make our operations more efficient.
E-commerce & Client Liaison:
You will manage our online store, ensuring all products are accurately listed and visually appealing. You will also
liaise with clients
, handle inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience.
Sales Support:
You will provide direct support to the sales team by managing administrative tasks, processing sales orders and quotes, and updating customer information. You will
compile sales data and reports
to help the team track performance and identify new opportunities, freeing them up to focus on closing deals.
