JOB VACANCY: PURCHASE/PROCUREMENT

Description:

Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers of marine A/C parts, components, and related equipment. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure optimal cost and quality. Issue purchase orders in line with project and maintenance requirements. Track and monitor the status of orders to ensure timely delivery. Maintain an updated database of suppliers, price lists, and product specifications. Coordinate with the engineering, service, and logistics departments to forecast needs and plan procurement accordingly. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations. Assist in inventory control and stock level management to avoid overstocking or shortages. Resolve issues related to delivery delays, defective products, or invoice discrepancies. Keep up with industry trends and new product developments relevant to marine air conditioning systems.
Key Skills :

Strong negotiation and communication skills Knowledge of marine HVAC systems and components Understanding of technical specifications and procurement procedures
SHOULD HAVE GOOD KNOWLEDGE IN MS OFFICE ,WORD EXCEL
