Your duties and responsibilities:
Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to secure the best deals.
Maintain and update the supplier database and records.
Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and ensure timely procurement.
Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as necessary.
Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong relationships with key vendors.
Assist in resolving any procurement-related issues, including quality discrepancies and delivery delays.
Stay updated on market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions.
Prepare reports and analysis on purchasing activities and expenditures.
What we are looking for:
Fluent in English
Bachelor's degree
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a team
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
