Purchasing Officer Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors. \xc2\xb7 Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals. \xc2\xb7 Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary. \xc2\xb7 Conducting market research to keep abreast of emerging trends and business opportunities. \xc2\xb7 Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately. \xc2\xb7 Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock. \xc2\xb7 Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled. \xc2\xb7 Attending product launches and networking with industry professionals. \xc2\xb7 Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers. \xc2\xb7 Ensuring all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner. Purchasing Officer Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, logistics, or a related field may be required. \xc2\xb7 Previous experience in Automobile company will be advantage. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in the relevant management software programs. \xc2\xb7 Superb written and verbal communication and negotiation skills. \xc2\xb7 Great organizational and planning skills. \xc2\xb7 The ability to identify market trends and make decisions in a high-stress environment. \xc2\xb7 The ability to follow client specifications. \xc2\xb7 Excellent networking and time management skills. \xc2\xb7 UAE Driving License Required Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Experience:
