Responsibilities:
Negotiating the best price for goods and services to be used by the company.
Maintaining excellent relationships with their supply chain and driving cost efficiency throughout the business.
Developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures.
Identifying and assessing potential suppliers and negotiating contracts.
Monitoring market trends and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Managing the procurement budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Overseeing the purchasing process, including requisition, purchase order, and invoice approval.
Managing the inventory and storage of purchased goods.
Collaborating with other departments.
