Purchase Manager

to efficiently handle procurement, ensure timely availability of materials, and support smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end procurement of materials, fixtures, and services for interior design projects. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best pricing, quality, and delivery timelines. Maintain inventory and coordinate with design and production teams to meet project requirements. Monitor supplier performance, track orders, and maintain accurate purchase records. Ensure compliance with budgets, project specifications, and company policies. Oversee logistics and transportation as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in procurement/purchasing, preferably in the interior design or interior fixtures industry. Valid driving license; personal car preferred (petrol/fuel allowance provided). Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask, manage suppliers, and meet project deadlines.
