Purchase Manager

Dubai-based

well-versed in construction procurement
. The ideal candidate must have
over 6 years of hands-on experience in purchasing construction materials, dealing with local suppliers, and managing end-to-end procurement within Dubai
.
Key Responsibilities
Handle procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services.
Source and negotiate with
Dubai-based suppliers
for best pricing and terms.
Ensure timely availability of materials for ongoing projects.
Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance.
Coordinate with project and site teams for material planning.
Requirements
Minimum 6+ years of procurement experience in the Dubai construction sector (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of UAE/Dubai suppliers, materials, and market trends.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
