is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Purchase Manager
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of
5 years of purchasing experience within the UAE
and a solid understanding of
local and international procurement processes
.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete procurement process from requisition to delivery, both locally and internationally.
Source and evaluate suppliers; negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure cost-effective purchases.
Ensure timely delivery of goods and materials in line with project schedules.
Maintain strong supplier relationships and identify new sourcing opportunities.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and relevant departments to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and budgetary constraints.
Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities, cost analysis, and supplier performance.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of UAE-based purchasing experience
.
Valid UAE Driving License
is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of
local and international purchasing
, including import/export regulations and logistics.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
and purchasing software/tools.
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration
,
Supply Chain Management
, or a related field (preferred).
