We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Purchase Manager
with at least
1 year of experience
in procurement or purchasing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, handling purchasing operations, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of products and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day purchasing of materials, products, and supplies.
Find reliable suppliers and request quotations as needed.
Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery timelines with vendors.
Prepare and issue purchase orders.
Track orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
Coordinate with inventory and store teams to manage stock levels.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier details.
Ensure all purchased items meet quality and company standards.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in purchasing or procurement.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of purchasing procedures.
Basic knowledge of inventory and supply chain operations.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
