Purchase & Logistics Executive – Auto Spare Parts

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Purchase & Logistics Executive with a strong background in the auto spare parts industry. The ideal candidate will manage purchasing, inventory, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage purchases of auto spare parts (both international and local). Maintain strong knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation. Ensure timely availability of spare parts to support the sales team. Coordinate with suppliers, negotiate terms, and ensure cost efficiency. Stay updated on UAE market trends in the auto spare parts industry. Handle documentation, logistics, and follow-ups with suppliers.
Job Requirements:
Previous experience in the auto spare parts industry is required. Strong organizational and communication skills. Knowledge of UAE market trends and suppliers. Experience in inventory management and reconciliation. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Additional Details:
Salary Range: AED 3,000 - 4,000 (depending on experience) Nationality: Open Gender: Open
