PolyPods Industries LLC is seeking a proactive and experienced Purchase Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing procurement operations, sourcing reliable suppliers, negotiating competitive prices, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and products used in the manufacturing of portable toilets, cabins, and related structures.

Key Responsibilities

Source and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and contractors for materials and services Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement Process purchase orders and follow up on delivery timelines Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor details Coordinate with internal departments such as production, warehouse, and accounts Monitor stock levels and anticipate material requirements Conduct market research to stay updated on pricing and material trends Ensure compliance with internal policies and UAE procurement regulations Resolve supply-related issues and maintain strong vendor relationships

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field Strong negotiation and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Fluent in English________________________________________
