Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Marble & Granite Experience only preferred:
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best value for goods and services Manage purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier performance metrics Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements and specifications Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while managing contracts and agreements Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock management Analyze spending patterns and implement cost reduction initiatives
Technical Skills
Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices Understanding of contract law, negotiation techniques, and vendor management Familiarity with quality management systems and compliance requirementsCommunication and Interpersonal Skills
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills for supplier interactions Ability to present procurement strategies and recommendations to management Cross-functional collaboration skills with internal stakeholdersJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
