We are looking for professional
Purchase Executive
to be part of our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and handling the procurement process, sourcing high-quality materials, and negotiating contracts with suppliers. The role requires efficient coordination with project teams, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services that align with the company's operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for all kinds of purchases of materials including Packaging items (CAN, CTN, LABELS, TAPES, STRETCH FILMS. ETC..) and chemicals such as dyes and perfume for oils.
Coordinate with existing Stakeholder suppliers, client- for all our company needs and requirements.
Periodically Supervision and monitor inventory items.
Analyzing the stock and replenishing the stock of raw materials according to our needs.
Constant communication with the supplier and our production and our logistic team for better supply chain activities.
Meeting, discussion & Negotiation with suppliers for production, prices, delivery and quality of item we receive.
Solving problems and finding alternatives during problem faced with packaging items.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing list.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in oil and lubricant industry.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in software and ERP systems.
High level organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple procurement projects.
