We are looking for a highly organized and proactive

Purchase Executive

to manage supplier communication and ensure timely procurement of quotations. The candidate will be responsible for obtaining quotes from suppliers listed on

FYIND.com

, evaluating pricing, and coordinating with the internal team to support project requirements. Experience in the construction industry is strongly preferred.

and identify relevant suppliers. Contact suppliers via phone and email to request quotations for required products/materials. Follow up consistently to ensure timely receipt of quotations. Compare quotations based on pricing, quality, delivery schedules, and supplier reliability. Maintain a database of suppliers, quotations, and communication records. Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers when required. Coordinate with the internal team to understand material specifications and project needs. Prepare purchase comparison sheets and submit them to the management team for approval. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and timelines. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers in the construction sector.

Qualifications & Requirements

4-5 years of proven experience

as a Purchase Executive, preferably within the

construction industry

. Strong understanding of construction materials, suppliers, and procurement processes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple enquiries simultaneously. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and able to manage online supplier platforms. Strong attention to detail, with good organizational and follow-up skills.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of UAE supplier market. Experience coordinating with multiple suppliers for high-volume enquiries. Familiarity with procurement workflows and documentation.
