Job Description
To manage and oversee all procurement activities for the factory, ensuring timely sourcing of raw materials, equipment, and services while optimizing costs and maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and execute the procurement of raw materials, packaging, and other factory requirements. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality. Maintain supplier relationships and conduct regular performance reviews. Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid production delays. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for efficient stock management. Prepare purchase orders, track invoices, and ensure compliance with company policies. Analyze market trends to anticipate price fluctuations and advise management accordingly. Collaborate with production, quality, and finance teams for smooth operations. Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising on quality.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or relevant field. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Knowledge of inventory management and procurement software is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
Strategic thinking and decision-making. Supplier relationship management. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
