Job Description

We are hiring a proactive Local Purchasing Executive who will be responsible for visiting suppliers, comparing product quality and prices, negotiating deals, and placing orders as per our procurement needs.

This is an outdoor role for someone familiar with local wholesale markets (e.g, Deira, Sharjah, etc.) and who can independently source and finalize purchases.

Key Responsibilities:

Source products locally based on internal requirements (B2B and B2C categories). Visit wholesale and distributor markets in UAE for supplier comparison and deal negotiation. Compare product samples, negotiate pricing and MOQs. Place orders and follow up on delivery timelines. Maintain vendor contact records and build strong supplier relationships. Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, e-commerce, finance).
Requirements:

1+ year of experience in local procurement or purchasing in the UAE market. Excellent negotiation, follow-up, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle outdoor market visits. Good knowledge of UAE markets and supplier networks. Fluent in English and Urdu/Hindi (Arabic is a plus). Basic computer skills (Excel, email, PO management).
Bonus (Not Required but Preferred):

UAE Driving License. Experience in sourcing for e-commerce or general trading companies.
