: Purchase Executive

Experience Required: 5+ Years (UAE)
Qualification: Master's in Supply Chain Management / Material Management

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials required for manufacturing solvents and chemicals.
Handle local and international sourcing of materials, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.
Execute CFR-based purchasing operations, including preparation and verification of local documentation.
Collaborate with planning and production teams to forecast requirements and align purchasing schedules accordingly.
Ensure compliance with international shipping terms (Incoterms) and import/export regulations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international vendors.
Conduct effective negotiations to ensure optimal pricing, delivery terms, and quality.
Maintain a robust vendor database and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Oversee inventory levels, minimizing holding costs while ensuring raw material availability.
Continuously analyze market trends to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and regulatory standards.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement within the UAE, preferably in a chemical or petrochemical manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of SCM, material management, and procurement practices.
Proven experience handling raw materials for petrochemical or chemical production.
Excellent knowledge of international sourcing and shipping procedures.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
